This addition was designed to fit on a very small footprint of available space. Containing bedrooms and bathrooms, it provides maximum privacy to the owners from the other homes in the area while also maximizing exposure to natural light and views of the water.

The addition has a dramatic tower form, accentuated by the vertical glass bays on either side. It is connected to the existing home via an enclosed glass bridge.
