This stage and restroom facility is aiming for LEED certification through the use of innovative mechanical systems, vegetated roofs, and local and non-toxic materials. The solar chimneys will ventilate and de-humidify the restrooms without any mechanical systems. The roof is to be planted with beach grasses, turning the entire building into an artificial dune.
